Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 191                  
"An Act relating to municipal property tax limitations; and providing          
for an effective date."  Without objection, it was so ordered.                 
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 191 was referred to the Finance Committee.
